About this company
Mission Statement: To provide residential and outpatient services that foster recovery for those affected by addiction including those affected with co-occurring mental health disorders.
PHILOSOPHY: Wellspring is a private, not-for-profit agency providing residential substance abuse, outpatient substance abuse and mental health services, all of which are co-occurring capable. Wellspring has a long history of providing treatment and services to those affected by substance abuse – their own or another’s – and we remain dedicated to that. We recognize that many individuals also experience serious mental health issues. In order to respond to the needs of our clients, we will provide integrated co-occurring disorder services for individuals and families affected by such.
Treatment must be multidimensional, addressing the bio-psycho-social and spiritual needs of those at any stage of change and phase of recovery. Individualized treatment, developed by client and counselor to meet the client’s particular needs, is guided by a treatment plan that is directly related to the assessment process. Treatment components of the residential and outpatient programs include individual, group, and family counseling, 12-step self-help groups, and pharmacotherapy, which may be monitored by outside care providers. Treatment modalities include, but aren’t limited to, motivational enhancement, psycho-education, skills building, relapse prevention, cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, contingency management, and for the residential programs, therapeutic community and vocational counseling.
Values: Wellspring aspires to assure that our services and organization embody the following values, which serve as the foundation of our mission:
·Respect for the inherent worth and dignity of clients, their families and significant others, staff, and others with whom we work.
·Provision of services in a safe atmosphere and compassionate manner that honors cultural diversity and encourages personal growth, responsibility, and individual choice.
·Quality of services that reflect staff competence, use of best practices, and ongoing program evaluation and improvement.
·Ethical standards that reflect personal and organizational integrity, protect confidentiality, and promote honesty.
·Access to services regardless of ability to pay, utilizing principles of non-discrimination, and welcoming to those with co-occurring mental disorders and physical disabilities.
