The County FCU is hiring a Retail Services Manager – Northern Region. The home office will be based in Caribou.
The credit union is seeking an experienced executive to lead its Retail Services functions. The Retail Service Manager will report to the Executive Vice President and assume a strategic role in the management of The County FCU branch operations. The primary day-to-day responsibilities are to: direct the delivery of services to members through branch managers, member service representatives, and head tellers; achieve organizations sales goals; participate in development and implementation of organizational strategic plans; ensure the organization at the branch level is in compliance with all regulations, responsible for identifying and communicating deposit related compliance requirements.
This position requires a strategic leader possessing strong analytical and critical thinking skills and exceptional management and communication abilities. The Retail Services Manager will represent the credit union in the northern branch communities to develop new long-term, mutually beneficial relationships, focusing on the promotion of the credit union’s products and services to increase deposits, consumer, real estate, and small business loan relationships.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial institution retail services:
- Two or more years of related experience
- A college degree.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills
- The highest level of integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate, and the ability to motivate others is a material part of the job, requiring a significant level of diplomacy and trust.
