Avalon Village seeks responsible and experienced Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of the Cooperative Director.
Duties include answering phones, writing and distributing emails, letters, and forms, ordering supplies, composing monthly Gazette, taking minutes at monthly meetings, sorting mail, assisting in bi-weekly payroll.
Must have working knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel helpful in particular).
Ability to prioritize work with excellent organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Position is part time working Mon-Fri 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pay depends on experience level.
