Electrical Specialist CL2, Facilities Management: $16.57-$17.94/hr. - Previous experience as a licensed electrician required (3-5 yrs preferred). Journeyman or Master's State of Maine Electrical license required. Valid Maine driver's license required. Will perform general electrical maintenance/new construction work.
Equipment Operator CL1-Resource Recovery: $14.24-$16.31/hr - full-time, regular position, 40 hour, 5 days/week with holiday and weekend work as needed. Valid Maine CDL Class B or Class A driver's license required. Work entails mostly laborer duties with occasional driving. Previous experience operating a packer truck and performing rubbish collection work a plus.
Equipment Operator CL2-Grounds: $15.65-$17.02/hr. - Valid Maine Class A or B CDL driver's license required. Significant previous experience snow plowing, performing laborer duties including moving furniture, operating heavy equipment, grounds maintenance, and event set-up/tear-down work (3 years strongly preferred).
Facilities Maintenance Worker CL1-Custodian: $11.55/hr. - (plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts). Cleaning classroom and general buildings under an established cleaning program. Experience cleaning classroom and office buildings a plus, but will train.
Structural Specialist CL2-Carpenter: $15.19/hr. - Performs skilled rough and finish carpentry in constructing, remodeling, repairing, and maintaining buildings and facilities, including offices, classrooms, restrooms, labs, conference rooms, common areas, etc.
Temporary Facilities Maintenance Worker CL1-Custodian: $11.55/hr. - (plus shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts). Cleaning classroom and general buildings under an established cleaning program. Experience cleaning classroom and office buildings a plus, but will train.
Valid Maine driver's license required. All positions are full-time 40 hours/week, unless listed otherwise.
