Seven Islands Land Company has an immediate full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant in our Bangor office. The Administrative Assistant compiles, proofreads, and edits information, prepares and circulates reports, greets visitors, answers a multi-line telephone for multiple companies, filing, data entry, daily mail run (morning and end of workday) and distributes the mail. Also, prepares for meetings, makes arrangements for multi-day meetings and other administrative duties. Occasional travel is required.
College degree is preferred. Experience is required. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher.
