Twin Rivers Paper Company is a leader in the production of specialty papers. We are pleased to announce that our Madawaska Operation is seeking committed individuals to join our team to work full-time as CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.
Build on and enhance existing cooperative relationships with existing customers and transportation partners with an eye on continuous improvement and cost savings for both parties.
Ensure proper and timely scheduling of orders takes place and production schedule is in sync and aligned with customer expectations and communicate changes to all parties as needed
Coordinate and create outbound customer orders
Create and monitor shipments to ensure order integrity to all affected parties, i.e. accounting, inventory and shipping
Work closely with external warehouses to ensure orders are coordinated properly
Customer master data governance
Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-3 years sales or customer service experience
Possess solid interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, creative with proven customer service skills
Ability to manage orders, assigned tasks and time. Identify customer needs and present production and shipping info in an effective manner. Analyze and monitor forecasts. Participate in process improvement. Cross train and back up others as needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel
