All you have to do is call to follow up and set an appointment with them. You are a Broker. We offer Term Policies (w/ or w/out Return of Premium), Final Expense, Whole Life, IUL policies and Annuities.
There is NO COLD CALLING! We also have an in-house lead generation system that allows our agents to have a competitive edge in the industry. This is straight forward and is perfect for someone seeking a solid position with a company with integrity.
How Mortgage Protection Insurance works: In the event you pass away, your family can use the insurance to pay off the mortgage. Or, if you do not die by the end of the term and you chose the Return of Premium option, then all the money you put into the insurance will be paid back to you in full. If they are interested in getting mortgage protection, the prospect fills out the provided postcard including their DOB, basic measurements, tobacco use, and their phone number. Then they mail it in and we give them a call to set up an appointment with them.
What is Expected of You? I'm looking for either full-time or part-time "brokers" to call our warm leads, qualify them over the phone, set an appointment to meet at their home, show them their options, help them apply for the coverage, and help answer any questions during the approval process.
How Do You Get Paid? Our average full-time agent goes on 10-15 appointments per week, sells 4-5 mortgage protection policies, and makes around $450 per policy.... in the beginning. As you move up to a higher contract level, based on your performance, your commission goes up. That comes out to about $2,300/week... or in a bigger picture $115K/year. Not to mention...working about 2-3 days per week, around 30 hours on average per week. Depending on personal production, we have agents making $10K to $70K per month!!!
