Credit Solutions Specialist| Fort Kent or Broadway Branch in Bangor Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for helping members achieve financial stability? Acadia FCU is seeking a dedicated Credit Solutions Specialist to join our team at either our Fort Kent or Broadway branch in Bangor. In this position, you'll play a key role in preserving the credit union's assets by managing delinquent loan accounts, collecting payments, and recovering collateral when necessary. This position involves direct communication with members to provide assistance and guidance in collecting overdue loan payments or other outstanding balances. In a limited number of cases, responsibilities may also include handling repossessions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and court proceedings. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to adapt to varied and unique situations, and be able to maintain utmost confidentiality at all times. Professionalism and the capacity to work closely with others are a must. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
