General Diesel Mechanic

Now hiring at our Winterport, Maine location for a general diesel mechanic to assist in maintaining our commercial trucks, heavy equipment and roll-off containers.

Applicant should have general knowledge of the maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment. Applicant should be reliable, self motivated and able to work well with others and contribute to a team effort. On the job training will be provided as well.

DM&J Waste specializes in construction debris, metal and single sort recycling. Most of our trucks and equipment are used for hauling and working with construction debris. We do not have packer trucks hauling municipal solid waste (trash). Our fleet consists of roll-off trucks and tractor trailers as well has some heavy equipment such as loaders and excavators, and roll-off containers.
