Bus Drivers

Island Explorer, the fare free, propane powered, seasonal transit system operating on magnificent Mount Desert Island in and around Acadia National Park, cordially invites bus drivers with Commercial licenses (CDL) with a "P" endorsement, to apply for the 2023 season (mid-June through October 9). Flexible shifts, a fun, team-oriented environment and a wage scale well above most in the region at $23 per hour and shift differentials for nights and weekends, make this a fantastic choice for your summer/ fall job. We offer full and part time seasonal work.
