Office Controller
E. L. Shea, Inc., a 35 person General Contracting Firm, is seeking applications for an Office Controller.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, job cost accounting, payroll and cash flow management
Develop and maintain the system of internal accounting controls and financial reporting
Work-In-Progress reporting & General Ledger
Provide financial strategy recommendations with executive team
Produce monthly and year-end financial statements in preparation for Accounting Firm’s review
Coordinate quarterly accounting reviews, annual audits and tax returns
Maintain state registrations, business and tax licenses, etc.
Manage HR requirements and lead annual Insurance renewal process
Participate in company strategic planning

Multi tasking
Experience with Timberline Accounting Software is preferred
Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions
Excellent written and verbal communication
