Island Housing Trust Hiring an Executive Director IHT is seeking a strategic and dynamic Executive Director to lead our mission of creating sustainable, year-round housing solutions for the workforce committed to living and working on Mount Desert Island, Maine. This leadership role oversees all aspects of nonprofit management, including development, governance, external relations, and strategic planning. The ED sets IHT's vision in partnership with the Board, leads a growing staff, and works closely with community partners and government agencies to advance our mission.
