Part Time Assistant
The Town of Kenduskeag is seeking a part-time Assistant. This position also serves as an assistant to the Treasurer, Tax Collector, Deputy General Assistance Administrator and Registrar of Voters. Primary duties will include motor vehicle registration, vital records, collection of property taxes, issuing recreational vehicle license, hunting and fishing licenses, maintaining town records and election coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong computer and customer service skills. Prior municipal experience and experience with Trio software is a plus but not required.Â
This position is a part-time position, 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be required as needed for vacations, election assistance etc. The town will provide and pay for all necessary certifications, memberships, and trainings.Â
The pay rate for this part-time position is $17.50 per hour. You will accrue vacation time in accordance with the Maine Earned Paid Leave Law.Â
